The idea for Hot Plate Ruminations comes from my addiction to Mexican food. I get so excited when I hear the server say, “hot plate.”(see the 1st post) Being an old Sunday School teacher, I’m always looking for an analogy. While considering a blog name, it hit me, when Jesus established the church and set our feet on “the mission”, He handed us the “hot plate” of all the ages. Hot Plate Ruminations begins there. We’ll see where it leads.
